Help Desk Support The RedCat Help Desk is operated between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday to Friday to assist Level 2 Software Maintenance and Support clients. In addition, between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00 am and 5:00pm and 8:00pm EST Monday to Friday, Level 2 clients with Priority 1 errors may call through to the Help Desk for assistance.

Clients without a current Level 2 Maintenance and Support contract may access the Help Desk following credit card pre-payment for the required assistance.

Training Your local distributor will provide initial training at the time of installation and clear and comprehensive software documentation is included with all products.

Further training and refresher courses, both external and on-site, are available in all states according to your requirements and at affordable rates. For more information contact the RedCat Support Team.
