SmartDelivery is an additional RedCat module that has been designed to meet the needs of businesses that need a POS solution that can handle counter and telephone ordering.
The system allows you to create customer records that store information such as name, address, phone number and even usual orders.
When a customer calls to place an order, their telephone number can be recognized automatically by the system or simply entering the customer’s name will display their customer record, for confirmation.
Once an order is placed, the sales receipt can display information such as the customer details, map references and any additional instructions for delivery.
