SmartFinance is the module which provides comprehensive accounting and financial reporting functionality. Payroll and stock control may be purchased as add-on modules.

SmartFinance provides comprehensive accounting and financial reporting functionality such as:

General Ledger: SmartFinance is a full double entry accounting system encompassing six account types; revenue, expenses, costs, assets, liabilities and equity. Some accounts that the system needs to perform specific functions are predefined (making it easier for the non-accountant), others you may add to customise the system for your own business.

Debtors & Creditors: Maintain complete control over your debtors and creditors. SmartFinance provides complete database files of names, addresses, contact details, credit terms, BPAY numbers and provides space for any notes you may wish to make. It allows you to enter invoices, credit notes and deposits, and record receipts and payments. Use the 'batch processing' function to save processing time when entering or recording multiple transactions. Reporting covers not only transactional information but also forecasted payments and receipts to assist with your cash flow management.
