Bank Accounts Administration: Maintains your bank account details. You can quickly establish your cheque, savings, credit card and loan accounts. System options allows you to quickly enter standard transactions such as bank fees, government taxes, and interest, and allows you to easily transfer funds between accounts. A cheque register is provided with a convenient 'cheque finder' facility. Full bank reconciliation functionality is also provided.

Comprehensive Financial Reporting: Over 40 standard reports are provided including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Cost of Sales, Cash Flow Analysis, Debtor & Creditor Statements plus many more. It incorporates full GST compliance, reporting and BAS calculations and all reports can be exported to a spreadsheet format.

Stock Take Sheets: Stock Take sheets are provided sorted by storage area to help make your stock take process more time effective.

Recipe & Function Costing: Enter your existing recipes, or create new ones and be sure that you have them correctly priced for sale! You may obtain the sale price of a recipe based on the food cost percentage entered, or conversely, enter your sale price to view your actual food cost details. The system will calculate for you the portion cost, return per portion and the total return on the recipe.
