SmartWages

SmartWages enables you to maintain a complete record of all employee details. Also, hours worked are recorded on the system once an employee has logged in. The employee signs off after their shift and the hours are made available for automated upload to their SmartWages time sheet.

The wages payment system is aligned with the award and provides the facility for you to modify it to meet your specific needs. A cash, cheque or direct debit payment facility is available and a comprehensive payslip is provided. Annual & sick leave is calculated in accordance with the award. When leave accrues or is taken, both the employee record and your financial records are updated automatically. PAYG tax and superannuation are calculated automatically and the necessary entries are automatically made in both the employee record and in your financial records.
