Software Maintenance and Support Contracts
In the first year of installation of the software, a contract is valid for 13 months, to allow for the initial learning curve.
An annual Base Support Contract entitles clients
to all software updates and new releases available within that time and access to the Help desk between the hours of 9.00am & 5.00pm business days.
An annual Extended Contract also entitles clients
to telephone support outside of normal business hours.
