The RedCat Help Desk is operated between 9:00am and 5:00pm business days. In addition, the Extended Hours Help Desk operates between 8:00am and 10:00pm 7 days a week.
Product Updates
The newest releases of SmartSuite and SmartPOS were shipped in September 2004 to all clients with a current Base Support contract. The regular updates available here on this website may be downloaded and installed once your September 2004 CD has been applied.
